    I recently purchased a Cinelli quill adapter, but there is no minimum insertion mark. I have
    installed it so that the top of the quill is slightly below the top of the threadless stem
    (otherwise, the cap provided with the quill would be recessed). This gives about 2 1/2" of
    insertion. Does this sound reasonable?
