    Hey everyone,

    My shoes are carbon soled, and the heel is beginning to wear to the point that the clear coating is worn away. Any advice as to what I should do to prevent it?

    Is it as simple as putting maybe a small piece of tape on the heel or what because it is just the 'raised' part of the heel...

    try a product called "Shoe Goo" available in most drug, department, hardware stores. It's dries to a tough rubbery wear resistant coating and it sticks better than tape, ie waterproof.
