    or Narrow. ?

    cheers

Im looking at getting a White one. what do you think of colours ? (im not really fussed)

    Only pussies get White ones. Real men get Green Giro Havoc's;

White helmets can be mistaken for a deer chest or ass during hunting season. <G>

I don't wear white, gray, or brown helmets off road. My clothing preference is the same, anything
that screams "I am not wildlife!" is good for me.

Personally, I wouldn't get the white one. I've mistaken the tail of a deer running ahead of
me on the trail at dusk for the white helmet of a fellow cyclist. Same color, same height
off the ground, moving at about the right speed. Startled the heck out of me when it
suddenly leaped off the trail into the brush. I figure if I could mistake a deer's butt for
a helmet, it might just be possible for a hunter to make the opposite mistake.

    Just a thought...

Tried one on yesterday. Like all Giros I've tried, it squeezed the sides of my head, too narrow.
White's for cop cars and rentals.

Finally a question that relates directly to my job! Giro and Bell helmets fit round heads quite
well, where Specialized helmets fit Narrow heads better. If you have the chance, go to your LBS and
get fitted properly. I find that most people either try to buy a helmet that is too large (for roomy
comfort) or too small (because they think big helmets are unfashionable). I have also found that
certain brands fit certain people better. For me, Bell fits the best. Just try a few different
helmets on and see what is the most comfortable, is in your price range, has good venting, and looks
    the best (in that order).

    Good luck!

Mr. Morgan in right. asking anybody how they like the fit of a particular helmet is foolish, we all
have different shaped heads and different brands of helmets fit those heads differently. Try it
on, if you like the fit over everything else, then ask "How did your Giro E2 helmet hold up?" or
    something like that.

Hey, Well Ive already Ordered it (online)... I have a Narrow head. so I hope it works out ok... And
white is the only colour they had left. in my size. and the 2003 only come in a few diff colours all
of which Suck,. except the Carbon colour and the Tiger bronze is a National car icons colour.
(Holden Commodoore SS, to you would be the Chevrolet commodore..i think. So i dont want to look like
I am in love with the car anyways). so white would do me. I will be doing some night riding.

Also. I dont live in a country Rife with Weapons and Hunters. and people stupid enough to shoot at
anything that resembles an animal. (not you cyclists, i dont support hunting deer, antelope, or
anything that stands still when the bullet hits them) thanks for your input. I do Hope I get the
Helmet next week and its all sweet. (I got a damn fine deal) wish me luck.

Had one for about a year now. Gold or whatever that color is...I love it. It's light and fits
perfectly. I barely know it's there.

Well I hope it works for you too. Since it utilizes the Roc Loc system in the back, the helmet will
adjust to fit your narrow head and will probably work fine. As far as color goes... my favorite is
the 2003 E2 special edition helmets that sport the green slime graphics. yummy.
