Using 700 tires.
I had the LBS put them on my TT bike but as I went to change a tube the liner fell off and I'm just not coordinated enough to get it back on - put the tube in and inflate some and then try to feed it sideways, or is there a safe way to get the liner to temporarily stick to the tire while I get the tube on, etc?
Thanks for any advice.
