  1. I found it is very hard to keep good form when using heavy weights. I also
found people bench press half way down or sqaut just to bend knees a little.
I don't cheat on squat but I cannot help swaying my body when doing bicep
    curl.

Also bench press is kinda scary. I am very nervous when barbell going down
close to my chest. Once I failed with the barbell sitting on my chest and I
have to ask for help. It was the weight I usually do but I was pretty weak
    on that day.

I've had to use the emergency pegs on the flat bench many times. Learn to
use them before having to use them. It's fairly easy to heave the weight
off your chest and onto the pegs.

And learn to ask for a spot.

    emergency pegs ?

    Also called safety pegs.

Note the 3"~ pegs down from where the bar rests. Those are for when you can
get the weight back up. So, you lift it off your chest and roll it back
    onto the pegs.

If your bench doesn't have them, I'd never bench on it without a spotter.

I think it is ok to cheat toward the end of you bicep curl set. I
think it is sorta like doing forced reps. Extra stimulation or some
    [censored].

Unfortunately, while "cheating" is a recognised 'tactic' in strength
training with weights, in order to increase poundage, it can also in
the case of biceps curls cause quite serious back problems.

    Have a great weekend - I always do!! ;o)
