  1. I have two pairs of wheels on my road bike, a race set and a training set and I keep the pair im not using in my basement, sometimes the racewheels sit down there for a few days at a time. SHould I let the air out of the tires while they are sitting there or is it okay to leave them full? I know air leaks out over time, but i was just wondering if it was better to leave it full or full it and empty it over and over.

I would definitely leave the air in them. I would think leaving air in them would help keep their shape. As I once read in a Bicycling magazine (or their web site). If you weren’t going to drive your car in a while you would let the air out 😉 .
As I’m sure you do, I always check air pressure before every ride.🙂

Stale air will slow you down.Fresh air is faster.
