  1. I don't see well without my glasses on. I was in the shower this morning,
scrubbing and scrubbing, trying to get the chain grease off my legs. Turns
out it was a varicose vein -- no wonder it wasn't coming off!

Maybe you could disguise it with a chainring mark...

How about a chainring tatoo? Anyone have one of those?

I sort of had one for awhile. I crashed on my MTB and my chainring actually cut
into me, leaving a bunch of dots tattooed on my calf for a year or two. It
    gradually went away though.

I do -- left calf. (Also has a tire tread and a green snake.)

    Hell, I was SOBER, too...

I did on friday, and when I got out of the shower I noticed it hadn't
come off. Grr...but if you mean a REAL tatoo that looks like a
chainring, no. BUt of course, I have the usual old scars that everyone
    has.

I don't know if anyone has seen the photo, but it was on Yuzuru
    Sunada's website.

    www.yuzurusunada.com

He takes great photos. Last year he did a series of assorted photos,
including "bad weather" and "legs" and one called "crash". There is a
photo of that terrible crash with Laurent Jalabert in the Tour,1994,
when he smashed his face in. And there is another photo of poor Fabio
Fontanelli, in the same crash, being loaded onto a stretcher, with the
chainring perfectly tattooed on his face. His face hit the chainring-
OUCH! But I've never seen anything like that.
