9 weeks after ordering it from the states, and bugging them about it more than once.. I get an email stating that their local post office has returned the item stating 'not enough funds for shipping'... I am now asked to pay x4 the original amount shipping quoted to me.. (now 86% of the item value).. er...hmm.. more details after I have confirmed my FULL refund.
GPL :think I'm mad?.. mad doesn't even scratch the surface:

I ordered a similar product from the same Company around the same time. I think I maybe suffering the same issue too. I've emailed them, but not heard back as yet.

GPL,
which company was it? First initial will do if you are reluctant to name them.
I am about to order some bits and pieces from the States and I am interested if you are having problems with particular suppliers.
