I ordered a similar product from the same Company around the same time.
I think I maybe suffering the same issue too. I've emailed them, but
not heard back as yet.

Update: cheers to the guys at The Freedom Machine in Port Melbourne for
hooking me up with a CycleOps fluid2 at a great price..!!

which company was it? First initial will do if you are reluctant to name them.

I am about to order some bits and pieces from the States and I am interested if you are having problems with particular suppliers.
