  1. How much Velcro do you ride with?

stuck on carpet in car unsshhhhstick, then helmet, forgot KH gloves
after helmet so unshhhh stk, left glove on shhhhstick, right glove on
ssssshhhhhstk, to tight unshhhstick, readjust ssssssshstick, boots laces
then velcro shhhhhstick, how come that woolen beanie stuck to the elbow
guards unshhhhhstick, helmet back on shhhhstick, huh, whole body now
glued to carpet in car UNSHHHHSTICK RIP.

30 minutes gone and it has already been a major session.

  2. I thought there was a language filter, uhhh. Hehe. Might want to edit
    that, anyway.. lol

I haven't started wearing any kind of armor besides a helmet if I'm
feeling crazy, yet... guess I'll wait until I start hurting more :-)

  3. I have all the equipment, gloves, helmet, elbow, knee pads, water pack
and wrist guards, but don't use them much except for always wearing a
    helmet.

I add knee and elbow pads the first few tries at a new skill, for
instance when I hopped and idled for the first time. But then removed
them since I'm practicing skills on level pavement and (historically)
    always landed on my feet.

When I start trying to hop curbs and stuff, (maybe this weekend) I'll
put the pads on. I may get to the mountain bike trails tomorrow, then
I'll wear full gear including the water pack for the first time. If not
just for the added confidence and practice.

But yes, dealing with Velcro alone is a chore. I just counted 16 Velcro
    straps, full gear.

  4. I tried the whole Velcro thing...then after a hard ride, I remember
laying-down on the living room floor and got stuck to the carpet for
    three days.😄

  6. Onl when u have to take your gloves off because you can't do the clip up
    with the gloves on!

A few ideas....I might ring my boss and tell him I can't make it to work
because I am stuck to the carpet!🙄

We could design a new trials obstacle. A vertical wall with velcro
attracting carpet. Unicyclist could leap off and stick to the wall.

Every watch "MXC" on spike tv?
Theres one challenge were they have to swing from a rope and jump off
into a velcro wall(they have velcro suits). The goal is to hang there
without falling into the pit of mud below them.
