  1. What is your preferred method of dealing with these [censored]. Does anyone
use any type of med kit for them or do you cut them open etc?

I almost always drain them. I try to make a small cut with a sharp
tipped knife since pinpricks always seem to reseal and prevent further
draining. I leave the skin on, and keep it bandaged. I change the bandages
daily and make sure to not rebandage after a shower until it's good and dry.
When I run, I use athletic tape to completely secure the band-aid and be
certain the motion of my foot can't rub it loose. That's tricky - the tape
can create new blisters if I don't tape it just right.
Little ones on the ends my toes (not uncommon on hilly off-road runs for
me), I drain and ignore. The skin on the fronts of my toes are thick enough
    it doesn't matter.

  6. What?

  7. I do similar to David, drain and protect. I haven't gotten any for a
    long time.

Unless the blister was raw, I usually just put athletic tape directly
on it for protection. Some bandages just do not stay in place.

Don't let the trolls get to you. But he does have a point in a way
    which is:
if you can, preventing them is easier than dealing with them.

    Good luck.

  10. When did you ever see a soldier in a warzone wearing running shoes? BOOTS
ARE WHAT WE WEAR! Although I acceed the point that if my victims wore
running shoes they may have been simply maimed horrifically instead of being
dead. If you think your country is [censored], leave it. Simple. Just be sure to
take a decent sized teatowel with you to wrap around your head for when yoou
get to wherever you assume I am now. Write rec.running on the headband so I
know it's you in my telescopic sights. If I do get killed, I know that it
happened defying [censored] muslim fanatics, and I have got more of them, (I
am an evil shot, you know,) than they got me. As for hitleresque- my
grandfather died in Belsen. Fell out of a watchtower.....

  11. Thank you for your response. Reference the troll, thought I'd have some fun.
    Sorry.

  12. sounds like you are the one needing a life.

Get off the computer and go run. (It may not change your attitude, but
at least we won't have to listen to you for a while.)

    have a good day.
    Ed

Yes it is possible to oppose this war, yet supporrt the troops.
Unfortunately some folks brains aren't big enough to handle that idea.
