Just thought I'd drop a very brief message to introduce myself
I recently joined up with Ric Stern as an associate coach and hope to be helping out anyway I can, mainly on this part of the site, when questions arise. I qualified from Staffordshire University (England) in 2000 with a BSc. (1st class hons) Sport and Exercise Sciences before taking up a post with them in their Sports Science Support department. Since then I've conducted lab tests on athletes from all sports, feeding back the info in a way they can understand it and be able to use it to get better at what they do. I recently started lecturing there too. I'm a member of the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences and hold a Level 3 coaching qualification with the Association of British Cycle Coaches.
we shall see if you throw your hat in the ring and contradict, or agree with the staus quo.
