!$#$#^%$^!!!!!!!!!!!!
After riding my road-rig on a trainer for that past winter, I have neglected my fair lady, and found oxidation on the cable lugs this spring. 😠 AAHH!! I plan to gently sand the areas down to the metal, and touch up with fingernail polish...any one have a better idea? (besides painting the whole frame). Thanks

Finger nail polish is very high gloss. At a model shop you should be able to get a clear coat in a bottle that is matte instead of gloss.
