  1. I have just been sent adult hospital admissions data for 1995-2003.

    The first thing I noticed was that in 2003/2004 the percentage of head
    injuries in both pedestrians and cyclists was much lower than I had
    supposed - 30% for cyclists, 31% for pedestrians. Interesting.

    That has _Absolutely_Nothing_(tm) to do with TSCP's....

    On a related note, one of the advantages of a vigorous lib dem campaign is
    that a glipse of yellow through the bushes causes a load of drivers to slow
    down (as per letter in one of the broadsheets today)..

    D'y'mean lower than the previous year's or a lower proportion of the
    total number of injuries?
