I'm regurlary playing a huge amount of badminton matches on saturday.. I
usualy feel weird after those matches, so I borrowed my friends heart
monitor for a look.
For three hours straight, my heart stayed way above 100 and peaked at 193.
Wich showed, that I spent 2900 calories in those three hours.
I'm a bodybuilder who is concerned with is health and my muscle mass.
Now, I know that those watch are not 100% accurate, but it does show some
truth, I'm spending a lot.
Is that much exercise bad for my health? How many calories can muscle store
before my system begins to break them down? I don't want to lose my muscle
mass. Can I eat/drink something with really high caloric level that my
system could burn instead of muscle breakdown?
Sure, you could tell me to stop doing this badminton day, but I love it...
Thanks for your tips!!!
