I've switched to a new saddle and I have been going over how my bike is setup.
The saddle is supposed to be level but saddles differ greatly in design and I am
wondering how to determine if the saddle is level. My Concor saddle had a
fairly large lip on the back of it and other saddles are much more flat. Should
the front part of the saddle be where "level" is determined?

I've found that tilting the nose up slightly works best for me, because it
creates a definite "dish" near the back of the saddle (which is curved)
that prevents me from sliding forwards. But it also has a central cutout,
which may be necessary for this to be comfortable.
