This was posted on RFC some years ago, before I learned to be good and note

MANGO-CITRUS VINAIGRETTE (rfc)
1/2 C. citrus juice (orange, lemon or lime)
1 T. blueberry vinegar
1/2 C. pureed fresh mango
1/4 C. minced flat-leaf parsley
2 tsp. chopped fresh oregano
1/4 C. walnut oil
1/4 C. olive oil
1 tsp. dry, hot mustard
Salt and pepper to taste.
Combine ingredients in blender and process for 1 minute or until it's the
consistency you want.
