I'm vacationing in Coraolla, North Carolina(outer banks) for two weeks
May 1-13. Anyone in the area want to go for run? Looking for some nice
slow stuff to kick start the legs. Please reply with email.

It's flat Doug - but beautiful. Basically one road unless your doing
sand running (Kitty Hawk dunes).Rent a bodyboard and fins (or surf, if ya can) and take advantage of
the H2O topography... -
