I use Lemond LeWedge angled shims on my road bike shoes to adjust for forefoot tilt. Incredible product! I’m trying to think of something I can use in my regular street shoes to simulate the same effect when riding my mountain bike with platform pedals. Got any ideas on what I can use? I’m picturing some sort of material that I can cut to size that will function as a shim that I can stick inside my shoe, to go under the ball of my foot.
FYI, I wear orthotics that go under my heels and arches, so the product – whatever it is – can run the full length of the shoe, and I won’t notice any sort of ridges/edges.
