Was wandering around the meat section of the local supermarket this morning when a very nice assistant butcher lady inquired if I needed help finding anything. Not sure what made me do it...in a mood, I guess....but I asked her if they had any kosher hams. She said she didn't think so but would ask and went and fetched the head of the meat department. He said they carried no kosher meat of any kind but I might try the ethnic food section. So...I thanked them for their help and headed towards the ethnic food section....trying to withhold my giggles. Kinda silly, but it sure was fun watching them study the problem! Just another day of fun in a small town.
