And you already received feedback before (elsewhere in this newsgroup).
Quoted message said:I want to gain weight, fast!
You're not alone.
Quoted message said:should i take HGH, a weigh gainer, or
should i buy whey protein?
If weight gainers are the most important
suplements that i should be taking, then
which kind shalll i buy? N-lARGE 2, or
Super heavyweight gainer, or heavy weightgainer
9000 or what i am taking and that is Perfect
3000.
Read the labels. Take a calculator along with you when you go to the
store where you buy your supplements. Which of those products offers
you the most calories per gram?
Are you lactose intolerant? I was serious when I mentioned drinking a
gallon of milk a day. Start out with a quart and work your way up.
Spread out over the course of the day, you'll be getting your protein
in spades and if you're chugging whole milk then the extra fat will
also help you put on those needed pounds.
Aziz, take the advice you've been given and read through other threads
in MFW. Post more information about your bodyweight, stature, height,
weight, goals, etc. Perhaps someone will have some further input rather
than just EAT MORE. With the information you've given so far, I'd say
that's as much as anyone can offer.
And, although you offered thanks for the feedback, I'm including what I
already posted in your other thread just on the outside chance that
you'll read it and soak it in this time:
You should just take the advice given elsewhere in this thread. EAT
MORE! And, yeah, that could include pizza.
When I was a kid I bought a tub of Joe Weider's Crash Weight Gain
number whatever. It clumped to the inside of my blender. What an
ordeal. I'd mix it with milk and then have to wash down another blender
pitcher full of water to swish out the remains of the not inexpensive
Weider's brew.
Much cheaper to drink a gallon of milk a day as recommended in the old
school bodybuilding magazines.
Regarding the Large-2-SuperMega-HeavyWHEY-gainers out there, I'd say
it's all the same as the Twin Lab Gainer from a decade or more ago. I
worked at GNC and had time on my hands. Compared freaking Ovaltine to
Twin Lab's weight gainer. Gram for gram, Ovaltine kicked Twin Lab's
ass. And at a fraction of the cost.
Yes, eat more and pick up a dumbbell. Best of luck with your training.
