  1. I posted this for the guys under a diff heading but thought I'd ask the gals here if they've had the same problem

My bf is holding off on sex (been 2 weeks now) saying that it helps his racing if he doesn't have sex before one. He's not technically doing a real race till this Sunday and I'm getting [censored]!!! LOL 😕 also confused

Has anyone else been told this? Some of the guys said they've heard it too..but I"m still not convinced.

  2. Hope you don't mind a guy's answer, but 'holding off on sex', is he crazy. This is an old theory, I think mostly from boxing, supposed to make you more aggressive. I know 2 weeks without sex would make me ready to kill someone 🙂
It's pretty much been disproven lately. Probably a marathon 2 hour session the morning of the race wouldn't be good but otherwise physically it dosen't help much, though it may psychologically.

  3. Well from my experience, since increasing the intensity of my training over the past several months, my sex drive is much lower. And, it is not because I want to abstain for performance reasons, but my body just isn't telling me it wants it . . . which is hard to believe for me because I typically have a high sex drive. I am also guilty of telling my wife that I am just tired because I don't think she would be able to relate to what I am saying and I don't want her to think that it is because I am no longer attracted to her or no longer in love with her (which is far from the truth).

  4. Having sex causes you body to increase it's testosterone production. More test=more power+red blood cells.

Tell him if wants to go faster, he need to be humping you like crazy! Also have him eat lots of peanut butter - it raises testosterone. Honest!
