Yeah. Try www.google.com. Seach for mitochondria.

Yes. It is a phobia of dust mites.
The cure involves spraying a dilute solution of laundry bleach on all
surfaces.[Sorry, I couldn't resist.]

That is more of sci.life-extension question than a
sci.med.nutrition question.Google Aubrey de Grey on the Usenet archive.
Got something specific in the way of a question?

you need to understand what a mitochondrion is, how a cell works and how a
multicellular organism works. to explain that on a newsgroup would take way
too much time.. since its in any basic biology textbook.but, basically: food intake can hardly be recommended on a cellular level..
even less so at a sub-cellular level (mitochondria). -
CoQ10 is good because it takes part in oxphos, but what else ?

I am first who recently succeeded in breeding fairly large
mitochondria in captivity, in a mash of lutefisk, Norwegian
"Gammelost" cheeze, and bran with added ingredients.Good Grieve
How did you survive on gammelost??? It is far beyond my believes. (My
father loved it, and some hours later we had to go outdoors to pee
because the dreadful stank in the toilet room. -

this reduced approach is pointless- every vitamin, mineral, trace element,
macronutrient etc. has some beneficial properties under certain
circumstances since they are all part of enzymes, proteins, structure
elements, antioxidants, immune system elements etc. -
some diseases are caused by not feeding mitochondria , though.
