I am trying to fit new springs to a set of RST 381CL forks and I cannot get the old springs out,can anyone tell me how to do it?Or perhaps direct me to a site that explains the method required.Any advice much appreciated.

I've only tinkered with the old RST 461, but that one came apart by removing tops of the fork legs. You migth be helped by this pichttp://www.rst-europe.com/parts/2000/P-381CL-T.HTM
