You know the way Tyler crashes all the time this banishment could save
his life. I still think if he was smart he should have saved his money
and just publicly bashed his accusers. 700k spent on lawyers right
before your enforced retirement is just not smart. Hell if I was him I
would have taken a break from crashing and then tried to make another
700k by writing a book called "destroyed by criminals" with my mug on
it.

maniacs, and rapists ); most often they plead innocence and conjure all

I believe in science and the professionalism of the UCI admin and science
labs... who would contract the services of bumbling doctors and technicians?
how could a lab be filled with fools and gain lucrative contracts amongst
others in the field vying for the same prestigious honour? who would go to
university, and then work at a facility that they know would undergo
worldwide scrutiny and discredit their career if all was not above board ?
consider the voices and actions of those who work there, why haven't they
come out and spoke to the media about tylers case and the allegations of
misconduct by him against them ? my thinking is because they know the truth
of their professionalism and tylers wild stories are the expected flailing
of the guilty accused; not worth the time of day.

Hmmm. You're saying you can't imagine a situation in which incompetence
could survive, let alone flourish, in any important high profile job where
the consequences of error would be dire? Damn, you're right, I can't think
of any example at all of that ever happening.

I don't know why you would write this, because this is precisely NOT
the case. As a matter of fact, their process for this test has been
shown to suck for the purposes of providing proof. This through the
presence of gross error in execution, and because the test relies on
non-quantitative standards that are applied irregularly.

You can say the standard of proof was met, but I wouldn't trust that
bunch with that test protocol just because they work for UCI.

I hope your not right but Julich comes back from the dead, Tyler turned
into super man and lets not forget the CSC stage winners. I hope Riis
is just super good at coaching. The thing is if Riis is rotten are
there not any riders to expose him? -- One thing for sure is that we
need a biycylists union so we can cut suspensions down to 6 months max
with extra controls on guys labeled cheaters.
