Last night I reset and reprogrammed by Shimano Flight Deck. Speed, Odometer,
Cadence all work fine. However, Trip time, Avg Speed, High Speed, and
Distance do not work?
Do I need to reset and start again?

Is your trip indicator flashing? My guess is that it's not. Go to trip time
and push the left button. This should cause a trip indicator to flash on and
off on the computer. You probably always rode with it on, never turning it
off, simply resetting it after each ride. When you reprogrammed, it
defaulted to the trip timer being off. Just my guess.
