    Blood in this case. Nothing from the chemistry lab, just someone else's
    red blood cells. On the balance of probability it does look as though
    he was blood doping, but I do have some concerns over the validity of
    the test. As cheating gets harder to detect this is bound to become an
    increasing difficulty. Gene therapy has the potential to make
    artificial tweaking of the body simultaneously glaringly obvious and
    technically undetectable.

    Agreed.

    I've been past his web site where he claims his innocence and he even
    runs a forum where any even remotely critical questions/comments are
    censored from.
