  1. Steamed cauliflower with butter and salt, no big deal, but there were
leftover seeds from the "everything" flatbread in the bag -- guessing
sesame, poppy, caraway, along with some garlic and salt -- and I
sprinkled that on top of the cauliflower. So, so good. Mmmmm.

  3. I saw a recipe recently for pasta with roasted cauliflower, pumpkin and
onion. Don;t much like cauliflower as a general rule, but gave it a second
chance. Just roasted it in evoo at 210C for about 50 minutes, sprinkled with
sea salt, freshly ground black pepper. I was really surprised to find just
    how very good it was.
I bet it would be great with a bit of sesame oil added to the evoo.

I haven't roasted cauliflower... and I like cauliflower. Think I'll
try it sometime soon. I'll begin with EVOO, S & P.
