  1. Well, I have been here before but fell off the "wagon." I had an auto
accident back in December and spent much time at home a began eating carbs
again. It has been carb city since then. I have gained very much weight and
feel terrible about myself and my health. So, I decided to try make a
change and this is day two.

    Mind if I join in?

    Kathy

  2. You got a point there. I am an addict for sure. :-)

Of course you're welcome to join in! I'm not sure if you tried using this
group last time you were on low carb, but having an online support group can
greatly increase your success in weightloss.
Plus... a word of caution about JC... he posts nasty mean things to
everybody, so most of the people here have him on "ignore" so we don't even
see his posts anymore until somebody responds to him. He wasn't too mean to
you yet, but give him time 🙂 The warning is so that you'll stick around
long enough to see that there are lots of supportive posters here as well.

I hope your day 2 went well. Which low carb plan are you following?

    Good luck!

    Of course, join.

Nobody ever got fat on purpose. Some of us actually gained weight while
trying to lose weight, and that's what those of us in the low-carb lifestyle
are all about. It teaches you how to lose weight without having to suffer
hunger pangs. There is a BIG support group here, and you're welcome to join
it. A month from now, you might be giving advice according to your
experience. And that would be a good thing.

To be honest, If someone is offensive and rude, I just simply block their
name off, so their messages won't even show up.

I'm totally in love with Saffy. This won't lose weight for me, and in fact
I don't need to lose much weight anymore, but it's fun to be fixated on
    someone..

On the good side, I never hurt anyone im my life, so she won't be "stalked".
On the other hand, I would like to meet her someday, but would understand if
    it didn't happen.

She should, though. I'm kind of a neat guy.

  19. That's kind of creepy.
