I'm approaching my second anniversary following Atkins and had some recent
blood work done as part of a life insurance plan. While these are my second
such positive results over the past two years, these are the first I've
posted.
This is by no means a definitive "see, I told you so" assertion that a low
carb, higher protein diet does not negatively impact your cholesterol, but
it sure as hell is a good indicator to me, personally, that I'm doing the
right thing. I feel better, look better and am certain that I am in a
better, all-around state of health because of my lifestyle choice
