Anybody know what manner of wrist jewelery King Tom was wearing yesterday?
Didn't look like the same kind of "energy enhancing" bracelet that Cunego
wore in the Giro.
I'd like to score some for future eBay sales.

I've got a whole box of them (or something similar) strategically placed
near the loo... They're supposed to improve energy levels and reflexes, but
they haven't done much for me yet. My product testing methods are quite
stringent.

Improved energy levels and reflexes ? You must take some serious dumps.

I was hoping they'd have the Lion of Flanders logo.

Speaking of which, I'd pay good money for a jersey like Andrea Tafi's.

Well, so did he:
"Tafi was "rewarded" with a SFR200 fine because he wore a non-standard
jersey (his Saunier Duval jersey had a cobblestone motif on it). His team
was fined SFR500 for the same offence."

That Mario Cipollini citation shouldn't be a surprise to anyone. Any
respectable pro should brush that off without a second thought - it's
worth it for the extra publicity.
The colors made me think Lion of Flanders, though.

Absolutely - but it seems like the fines are getting bigger. I imagine
the team paid both of the fines. That only seems fair.

Well, from some angles, it looked good, but from others, it just looked
dirty.

Maybe try via a Scott dealer, or directly at Santini
http://www.santinisms.it/GIRO05/SAUNIER.html (Tafi jersey not listed).
The team site does not seem to exist (redirect to corporate front page).
