  1. Does anyone notice, if you have to stop at a stop light do you feel almost 100% rested when you start again? I can be dog tired coming up to a light, then wait 30 seconds for it to change, then be able to accelerate right up past the speed I was previously at, and then some. Does this mean I'm not working hard enough if I feel super rested after such a short break or something?
