    Im 18 year old , im into fitness , weights running etc. Im looking to bulk
    up more and was wondering out of the products which is the best for value ,
    to get a good amount and not be really dear ? AND WORKS!

    That's a rip off.

    Try www.theministryoffitness.com is cheap, but they are going through
    a revamp so have no products avail at the moment. I got 10Kg of 75%Whey
    and 5KG of Creatine for £80

    I like Muscle Milk. I do a double dose with some creatine and glutamine
    mixed in and drink LOTS of water before, during and after the workout.
