    Indicate how many cyclists Hermann's time will be superior to. Note that any finishing time
    beats a DNF.

    Non candyass prediction: about 15%, which corresponds to 27. I'm assuming that this guy's ego is big
    enough to give hime the incentive to do at least some minimal training for this.

    BTW: Did you guys hear the rumor of Lance opening the first downhill event this winter. They're
    planning on giving him a 30 minutes lead so there's time enough for the chopper to get him.
