Went to Jimmy Yin's for dinner tonight. We've been there before but it has been quite awhile. Dinner was very good. I had scewered chunks of beef with red and green peppers. It was grilled to perfection. The beef chunks were huge. I chose the Asian slaw (it was terrific) and mixed veggies (snow peas, mushrooms, carrot and broccoli)instead of the high carb rice or noodles. Steven had a green thai curry with beef dish with Jasmine rice. I tasted the beef and it was also very good. The portions were large and I could not eat all of mine. Lunch tomorrow.

I found a prepared dry lemon pepper marinate powder jar (from redibase). So I used some of the powder as a dry rub on a pork steak. Had Grilled lemon Peppered Pork Steak and Grilled Asparagus on the BBQ...first time this year I fired up the beast.

The first time you've fired up the BBQ grill? Where do you live? I'm in the panhandle of Nebraska and am already on my second tank of propane!
