I own a 15.5" diamondback zetec sport which I have been upgrading parts on for the last 6 months. I have now decided that I would like to get a lighter frame and swap all the parts over. The new frame that I would like would need to be between 15"-16", relatively light, around $1000 ($Aus), and of course a decent colour would be nice.
I have been exploring the net for the last week in my free time and I am finding it rather difficult to find a frame that suits my requirements. Any suggestions??

Some people say that the benefits of full suspension far outweigh the extra weight it brings to the bike. On the downhill sections this is probably true, but I cannot see this been the case when you are climbing up hills. The time you spend climbing is far greater than the time you spend descending, so surely the best solution would be to have a bike that is lighter to pedal up the hills.
What do people think???
With all that been said I have a set of REBA forks with 85mm of travel which I would like to put onto this new frame, so my choices in the full suspension range are limited as most recommend having a fork with at least 100mm+ of travel.
