largest single-speed freewheel ?

bikepartsusa.com has a cheap 22t freewheel, 1/2"x1/8". I think these
may come from India.

23 teeth.

This may not be a solution for you but you could use a standard freehub
wheel, take apart an old cassette and use the spacers and one of the
individual cogs as a single speed. If you have a well stocked junkbox
(like me) this is an easy solution. Otherwise it isn't.
