  1. I've spent many an hour reading up on the best exercises to do, and finally
stumbled upon one I liked the look of, and could do.

I have freeweights and a bench at home which allows me to do most of which I
    want to do.

The exercise I've been looking at has the 2 following exercises which I
cannot do due to not having the correct equipment, could you please advise
    on alternate exercises.

If you want to take a look, please do -

You can sub. skull crushers (lying tri. ext) for pushdowns. Actually,
any of these three would be good.

    Anything here
http://www.exrx.net/Lists/ExList/WaistWt.html be used for abs/hips in
place of knee raises. If you're doing the situps, you don't *need*
    the knee raises though.
If you have a kitchen counter with an inside corner, you can do knee
raises. I'm sure you can figure out how.
