At least that's what I think it is called (English is not my native

It's the thing in a center of a wheel.
The reason I am asking is that I do not need an ordinary hub but a
stronger one that does not mount on a fork, but only on one side like
in a photo (I am building a trike).
It would be nice if anyone knows a link to a place where I can buy it
on-line.
Also I would appreciate any link that shows design of a rear axle of a
trike (I want to build a trike with one front and two rear wheels).
