It's a vitamin enriched drink. It sort of tastes like a milkshake and it
takes the place of meals. I like the vanilla the best. I drink it
sometimes instead of eating. It also rehydrates but I use Gatorade for the
rehydrating mostly. I buy the Ensure at Walgreens. It is rather pricey
though. The Gatorade I get anywhere. I like the orange flavor of Gatorade.

here who live in big cities down to jungles with
less modern utilities.
It is just inconsiderate and selfish to leave all

I have a 99 Honda Civic DX Coupe that I love although I now miss having
a hatch. I paid if off in August. I want to keep it at least another 5
years. It was my first new car. The previous car was an '85 Honda
Civic DX hatch back that I got used in 89. The engine was still good
when I traded it in for the new Civic but the body had a lot of rust
and I didn't want to invest the $1k into it required to pass
Pennsylvania State Inspection.

Ob Food: I'm going to try dying some eggs tomorrow the natural way
with beet juice (pink), spinach (green) and tumeric (yellow). But I'll
break down and use food coloring for purple and blue. Don't want to
buy grape juice or red cabbage.

Mike, I had a Rueben for ST. Pat's day (not long before I got sick).
It was at a local joint frequented by "older folks". They were'nt
going to start the CB, cabbage and taters until 2 pm. I asked our
waitress (same one every time) Who's gonna be able to get here at 2
o'clock on a Thursday? Her response - "do you see anyone in here
besides you who is under 75?" The CB was tough, there was too much
dressing, and I still loved it. Hope you get one.
