We've got some grilled hamburger patties and bratwurst left over from a
party. Can these be frozen and reheated later without problem? If so,
any particular instructions on wrapping/storage?
Thanks!

That's how we freeze green tomatoes.
How do you "flash freeze" at home? And why do you assume everyone owns a
Tilia?

Yes just wrap in freezer wrap or freezer Baggies and purge as much air as
possible.

For those cooked meats I'd place them in a freezer container with
enough sauce to cover... tomato sauce works.

Dip them in liquid nitrogen. :-)

We freeze a lot of cooked meat for later meals. Just wrap well like any
frozen product should be for best results. When reheating, just be gentle
so as not to dry the meat. Microwave on a medium setting works well.
I'd flash freeze them and then use the Tilia Foodsaver to seal them. That's how we freeze green tomatoes.
