Freezing cooked meat

  1. We've got some grilled hamburger patties and bratwurst left over from a
    party. Can these be frozen and reheated later without problem? If so,
    any particular instructions on wrapping/storage?

    Yes just wrap in freezer wrap or freezer Baggies and purge as much air as
    possible.

    For those cooked meats I'd place them in a freezer container with
    enough sauce to cover... tomato sauce works.

    We freeze a lot of cooked meat for later meals. Just wrap well like any
    frozen product should be for best results. When reheating, just be gentle
    so as not to dry the meat. Microwave on a medium setting works well.
