Anyone know of any pedals with a foot tilt feature like the Look CX7 that will not break the bank. If not I may have to get the Lemond Lewedges.

I can't speak to the shoes with built in tilt, but I can recommend the wedges. My right foot has a moderate degree of tilt that would cause me knee pain after riding and numbness in my small toe during. Two wedges setup to support the inside of my foot have cleared up the knee problem and significantly lessened the numbness. Good stuff.

I also recommend the LeMond wedges -- I'm using three on each foot without any problems. The wedges would also be cheaper if you had more than one bike and had to buy more pairs of the LOOKS.
I've read of people getting their pedals bent, but I don't know if it's a good idea

I also highly recommend the LeWedges. After years of toe numbness beginning about 30 miles into a ride(I used to think no pain no gain) the LeWedges, which I tried on a whim, fixed my problem completely. I wish I had discovered these things years ago.
