  1. I'm happy with my upper body development (although its far from perfect),
but what should I be doing, aside from sit-ups, to work my abs a little
    more?

Umm, nice pic. Just focus on a well rounded routine that targets the
    whole body.

Thanks for the tip, but I'm worried about getting too bulky if I continue
with the weights, especially in the upper body. I think my upper body is
pretty overdeveloped as it is. I sometimes hear comments from women saying
that they prefer leaner guys over bulky, muscular guys like me. I think I
might have to cut down on the Creatine, that may help.

Hate to break it to ya, but you're definitely not overdeveloped.

I was, like, expecting this hulk when I clicked on the link.

ps hopefully you don't mind the honest critique on your pics since
    *did* post them and all

If he's not I agree with your summation and join you in a hearty

Have a great Sunday John - I'm going to!!

I had the greatest day yesterday, with lots to eat and drink, in the

    BWAHAHAHAHAHA

Huh? I know I'm not contest ready or anything, but I'm actually too muscular
in my opinion. I have buddies of mine always asking me what routines I do,
how often I work out, do I use steroids, etc. So it's not just me saying I'm
a muscular guy, it's a lot of people.

I started taking creatine to help me keep muscle while cutting, but the
stuff made me put on about 10 pounds of extra muscle! Maybe thats why I
think I'm too big, because I used to be lighter.

Anyway, I came here looking for ab advice, because I need to build them up
to the levels of my upper body. I think I look freaky having a big and bulky
upper body without very good abs. If you have advice, that's great. But
    please don't laugh.

I'm guessing that when you said your upper body is far from perfect
above that you meant it's way too *over*developed? At least from your
comments elsewhere in this thread. 8^) Good one. If that's the case
then I'm overdeveloped too. All us Bulk Monstahs just need to lay off
the weights. I mean you, me, the Undertaker, right?

And if you do a Google Images search of The Ultimate Warrior you'll see
the URL The Spungonator provided (and associated pic) shows up as one
    of the first choices.

I wonder what year was that pic taken? Fun stuff. Saw the Ultimate
Warrior wrestle at Hershey Park a bajillion years ago.

My younger brothers are both wrestling fans and we got tickets to some
event. Bam Bam Bigelow was there with his tattooed head firmly attached
    but not in the ring.

Warrior's *plane was delayed* (I think that rasslin' speak for "He's

kept giving us updates on his *flight*.

Oh, I don't know, those abs match the upper body, in my opinion. Have a
cupcake and a Coke. I think that should speed the ol' metabolism up a
    notch.

Best of luck with your training (and trolling).

Thanks for the tip, but I'm worried about getting too bulky if I continue
with the weights, especially in the upper body. I think my upper body is
pretty overdeveloped as it is. I sometimes hear comments from women saying
that they prefer leaner guys over bulky, muscular guys like me. I think I

Yeah, the guy is a troll, but seriously how many times have you heard
this little bit of idiocy? I wish I had a nickel for every time. Imo
people start spouting this [censored] off as a precursor to quitting, it's
just another excuse in my book. They make it out like getting 'too
bulky' just kinda sneaks up on you or something. Good for a laugh I
    suppose.
