I've read a story about Olympic gold winner Carl Lewis. Back in 1996 he
was diagnosed with Hashi's, then he was treated with levothyroxine and
won Olympic Games. Does Mr. Lewis continue replacement therapy after
that, anybody knows? All medical sources say that thyroxine replacement
is for life. I'm just curious what's in his case.

If you are on it, stop right now. Do NOT ever take it again.

I tried to stop. Unfortunately it's not easy. That's why I'd like to
know do real examples exist.
