Cubit, I now understand what the robochallenge is all about but fail to find a sign up link. I have even gone into the archives. I see the stats but no link to hook up. You're right since my stats change so much it would be cool to have it logged automatically. I'm not sure WTF is going on here but I am down 6 pounds since Monday. It must be the exercise and I cut my carbs down which is hard to do because pureed prtein tastes like [censored] and it too thick and dry. Been drinking protein shakes especially before exercise. I trained Tues Thurs and this am and walked twice on Friday. I'm down 2 more pounds from Thurs. I could have an 8 pound week here when I go in for my second injection Monday! Laureen 410/351

I dined out about 4 times about a week ago. It was enjoyable.

You don't need to sign up. Just include the info in your post in the proper format. RC will scan the ng and pick up your info.

So my format looks right but it isnt showing up.Am I doing something wrong here? Thank you Roger. I have never worked harder in my life to make something work. I have been given a wonderful tool and gift. I am in my window of opportunity to drop quick so I am trying hard to excelerate my weight loss. Once I start eating regular food again in May my weight loss will slow down so Now is the time to hump. Laureen

There, by adding your goal weight you have now posted with the needed format. The robochallenge should show you in a few hours.
If you page down on the Robochallenge webpage, there are instructions that tell you how to post so the computer knows what weight you started the month with. That way it will show your month's loss in the last column. You just add it in any post (even a reply) here on ASDLC and his computer finds it and updates the Robochallenge webpage.

I've been tempted to buy some nuts today. Nuts are the right kind of food, but I have trouble exercising portion control with them. When I buy a small can of almonds, I generally plan to eat the whole thing in one sitting. This is about 700 calories.
I also like pecans. I like them too much to keep them in the house. If I eat pecans, I measure out 3 ounces and coat them with .1 ounce of walnut oil. I then sprinkle them with salt. Yum. This is 588 calories and will only keep me satisfied for an hour. I just don't feel any significant satiation from nuts.
I love nuts.
