This is what I love about Plant. He could have hanged his hat after Zep and been a rock legend. But,no..he still makes music that he genuinely loves. I heard an interview with him today. The interviewer always asks about Zep. "Can you still sing the Immigrant Song" etc. Plant responds..."Ya..I could probably still belt that out but its different now" Anyway...Plant is nearing 60 and is interested in bluegrass music now. He feels his voice has developed in such a way to do it good. Gotta give the old guy credit. I saw him on Austin City Limits....he was fantastic. Expect a new Plant record this month.

He is one of the top 10 of the richest people in England. Last I heard..the actual figure may be different. He will be touring America this year in small venues supporting his new record. I will gladly buy it and try to see one of his shows. You refer to his music as [censored]? You dont know music.

Well, the music has held up pretty well over the years, I'll give you that...in fact my 14 year old is turning 15 next week and I ordered the DVD for him. But fer Crissakes, Remick, you really need to get a hobby or something.

The DVD is great..you will enjoy it as well. Its like 5 hours of live Zep. MFW and lurking on Lyles forum is my hobby when Im not out chasing chicks or working.

"Omigod, Tiffany, have you got your cell phone? There's some weird, old drunk guy following us! I think he's singing some 70s song. Get ready to dial 9-1-1!" --

Aw, c'mon, Jimbo. I don't prosecute shoplifters; I prosecute crack dealers. That's what really pisses you off, isn't it?
Don't worry. I don't work in Florida, so I'm no threat to your supply.

I just checked the Sunday Times Rich List http://www.timesonline.co.uk/section/0,,2108,00.html Robert Plant at #621 with estimated wealth of £65 million. The top ten richest people in England are all estimated to be worth over £2,000 million. Maybe you mean richest entertainers?
I'm going to see him live in London's Royal Albert Hall on 4th April.

He looks like an old woman. I heard a cut from the new album, it sucks IMHO.

Cold. True, but cold.

Can't comment. I never really liked any of his independent stuff, anyway. Going from heavy metal and blues to melodic crooning failed to impress me. --

I actually agree somewhat. Plant has not aged well. He looks bad. But. I appreciate the way he still makes new music and of course the legacy of Zep.
