  1. Does anyone know if any of those E-Caps supplements work? There are a ton of them for sleeping, vitamins, weight loss, colds, performance, etc... do all these really work?

    The only ones that i would sink any time into consuming would be the Endurolytes. But then again, if your eating and hydrating properly while riding you shouldnt really need them...

    For what its worth i use Endurolytes when im out running...

  3. I have used the E-caps Race Day Boost, which is basicly sodium phosphate and glutimine. Sodium Phosphate supposidly dose increas your POWER output by 8-10% (not your actual speed which would translate out to be something much less). I don't know if it really helped me or not. Other than the Hammer Gels, I would not ues any of the other supplements.

    I have only tried the electrolyte pills, and they didn't work for me, but people say I m Weird! 🙂

    No. But they'll make your wallet lighter.
