I think the theory is that buy involving small "stabilizing" muscles, you
burn more calories per w/out??I bought one even though I was skeptical about it helping my back.
However>> I'm glad to report that I was wrong. I followed the stretching
routines recommended & it really did help my back.
Nothing else did,............ chiropractic care, orthopedic care, & I
even tried accupuncture.Lately just for grins I've done dumbbell fly's on it,as well as
pull-overs & it really does give you a different hit. Better or not? I
don't know, but it adds verity, if nothing else.If you have one available try it ........let us know what you think!

oneself on one of those stupid balls or discs ??I think they have a place in some people's training, although I don't
use them regularly in mine.If you want to have fun with balance, just do stuff on one leg for a
while - deadlift, squat, military press. All loads of fun, I assure
you. 🙂
