Competed in the ATTA 40km Individual Time Trial Championship this morning. Man am I sore now! I can't believe that some people do these for fun!
Mind you I do feel sorry for the two young blokes who didn't realise they were supposed to turn off and do the 8 km loop and just went out and back...

Victoria Park Council had a breakfast stand beside the bike path in McCullum Park this morning. Barbecued sausages in buns, fruit, muffins.
Hmmm, 40km of intense pain or ride to breakfast......

If it makes you feel better, err, Yes!
bikes were made not just for avoiding r___ing, but for riding behind some draft-making other bike-rider

Yep and on that note can I say thanks to my own personal domestique this mornign from Yarrambat Rd to Greensborough. That heat had me done in (34 degrees when I got home) and I've spent all day recovering.
