I am considering a 2004 (used) Q-Pro XV with Campy Centaur. I know people in my area that have them, but they are too small for me to try. At 1,600 (US) is it a decent value and which other bikes have similar geometry for me to try? None of the LBS in my area carry Klein.
Additional information: I don't now nor will I ever race. I ride between 100-200 miles per week and participate in group and century rides. I am 6'3 and 230lbs and ride a 1985 Trek 400 and it's time for something else. Thanks for your input.
I'm riding an 02 Q Pro Carbon Team Issue full DA 9 speed, pretty much the same frame. A few crits, maybe a road race or two per season, but mainly fast group rides and I love this bike. I've ridden Ti in both standard and compact geometry, but I keep coming back to the Klein.
FYI; from kleinbikes.com the msrp on that ride new with Campy Centaur is $2,529.99 so assuming it's in very good condition the $1600 seems about good.
