Spending more of my time admiring the bike...
Basket on front, rod pull brakes, rear rack
    with nurse's black bag.

Cue nostalgic thread with delivery bikes, posties bikes
    etc.

No, I'm sorry, they are [censored]. The people that admire them never ride them.

Sigh. Nostaglia isn't what it used to be.

I've seen a fair few being ridden around. They may not have some of the
benefits of more modern bikes, but it's probably like 'classic' cars - if
you like them enough to put up with (or even enjoy) their shortcomings then
sod what anyone else says, just enjoy it!

So, with that in mind, if anyone has a spare one of these -
<http://tinyurl.com/67e79> that they're not enjoying to the full, I'd
gladly take it off your hands 🙂

What do you reckon the shipping would cost?

About 3000 quid. Not that I've done the research or anything silly like
that, oh no 😉 Mind you, I'm in the market for a new car at the moment as
there's only so much longer I can borrow my mother in law's 'spare' so it
    might be worth it...

Go for it. Those things are gorgeous, and they're hardly likely to drop
    in value.

You'd rather look at a bike than Juliet Mills??
